My six week old kitten Matteo passed away after 3 days on a drip at the vet after i gave him 2 servings of catmor kitten soft sachet. I have frozen what remained of the sachet. The vet says it is a huge problem as many kittens arebrought in with runny tummies and dehydration after eating catmor kitten sachets as the gravy is too strong for their tummys. Catmor needs to be made aware of this. If i can save one other kitties life by getting them to change their formula then my darling Matteo would not have died for nothing. I am also sitting with R1200 vet bill at rescue shellter rates which i now have to pay because i mistakenly continued to trust a brand i have been using for 25 years. And a broken heart.

I'm so angry my cat got sick because of cat more she had to be euthanized due to kidney failure because of this brand. My heart is broken you should not be allowed to manufacture cat food I've replaced it because I'm not loosing my other baby and i will warn people about this brand wherever i go.

I'd just like to mention that we fed our kittens, which are now fully grown, a decent and quality brand. Starts with an "M". Nevertheless, we ran out of that food in the evening and had to get something and so we chose Catmor. Our cats behavior changed the very next day. They became so clingy, to which we attributed it to being hungry as they were trying to find food anywhere they could. Then I saw their stools in the litter box. They were runny and many more than there should have been in the tray. This stuff was literally running through them. Thankfully, I mentioned to my Mom that we bought Catmor and she said it's not good. I then came to Hello Peter and now I see exactly why. It's terrible for kitties and it really runs right through them. I'll stick to the good brands always from now on. I'm also terribly sorry to hear of all the people who lost their kitties without realizing what this food was doing.

Hello, Three days ago, I lost my three-year-old tabby cat, my first fur baby to kidney failure and a severe bladder infection. His decline was sudden and heartbreaking: once an adventurous and energetic companion, he became gravely ill, passing ****** stool, vomiting blood, and urinating blood. According to the SPCA, these symptoms were the result of consuming Catmor cat food. Only after his passing did I begin researching and discovered that many other pet owners have reported similar experiences linked to Catmor, going back several years. I was devastated to learn that these issues are not new yet no substantial actions have been taken to reform the product or issue proper warnings. I am writing not only from a place of grief but with a sincere concern for other cats and their owners. How is it that a product known to cause harm is still widely sold and even accepted by organizations like the SPCA when it is donated? Why aren’t pet owners being properly warned before it’s too late? I’ve attached a screenshot that supports the fact that this has been an ongoing issue, with little to no change or accountability from the brand. I believe Catmor should either be reformulated to meet safe nutritional standards or be discontinued . I’m sharing this not to spread hate—but to protect other cats from suffering the way mine did. If you love your pets, please do your research before trusting any pet food brand. And please, if you’ve had a similar experience, speak up and please share. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope steps can be taken to ensure that other pets do not suffer the same fate as my precious cat. Our animals deserve better. #BanCatmor #PetFoodAwareness #JusticeForPets #CatHealth #FurBabyForever #StopFeedingCatmor

I am terribly HEARTBROKEN AND ANGRY, but I feel it's extremely necessary to warn other pet owners about this horrible cat food. I purchased Catmor Cat Food for my cats(3year old and 2year old) , trusting it was a safe and nutritious option. Tragically, I lost both my cats 3 months apart, my cats became extremely ill. Despite immediate veterinary care, my beloved cats did not survive. The symptoms were severe and came on quickly. I believe the food was the cause, as nothing else in my cat's environment or diet had changed. Losing a pet is devastating, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this ordeal. Please be cautious and consider alternative options for your furry family members. I will never trust this brand again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THIS CAT FOOD OFF THE SHELVES!!!!

Catmor is poison for cats . DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAT CATMOR. My 1 year old male cat is currently admitted in the hospital for a blocked bladder caused by catmor . I was so shocked seeing all the reviews with people stating the exact same claims as my own . My vet asked me which brand I feed my cat and when I told him Catmor he immediately rushed to assist as he mentioned all his patients with the same symptoms use catmor . My heart is broken just thinking that I poisoned my own cat just by feeding him this excuse of a cat food . Catmor should be completely removed from the market . I don’t understand how the shops can advertise this brand . STAY AWAY FROK CATMOR .
