I'm so angry my cat got sick because of cat more she had to be euthanized due to kidney failure because of this brand. My heart is broken you should not be allowed to manufacture cat food I've replaced it because I'm not loosing my other baby and i will warn people about this brand wherever i go.

I've been waiting more than 6 days for refunds on out of stock items and items that i was charged for and never received missing items also damaged items I've emailed more than once with no feedback i get ignored this is un acceptable then rather bring back the wallet so refunds can go in there its un acceptable. I'm not happy
I canceled my membership stated i don't want it anymore but they still debit me i want the debit that was taken reversed
0 stars Good day, I am extremely upset that, despite having made an EFT payment and an arrangement, a debit order was still processed on my account. This has now placed my account in a negative balance, leaving me unable to use it. What makes the situation worse is that my messages regarding this matter have been ignored. It is unacceptable that money can be taken so quickly, yet no immediate action is taken to correct such mistakes. I expect this issue to be rectified without delay and a proper note placed on my profile to ensure it does not happen again.

Zero stars I placed an order with Makro at the end of May through Payflex for 4 packs of 18 toilet paper rolls (total: 72 rolls). What I received instead was 6 packs of 4 rolls – only 24 rolls. I have emailed several times and even spoke to a consultant who promised the issue would be resolved. It's now been over a week and I’ve received no response or resolution. I want to make it clear: I will not return the items as they are needed in my household. I either expect the balance of what I paid for to be delivered, or a full refund issued. This delay and lack of response is unacceptable. Payflex is still deducting payments and I feel taken advantage of. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to every available consumer protection platform.
Customer service is absolutely horrible this is my 4th time applying and i keep sending exactly what they ask then i struggle for 3 to 5 days just for them to cancel my application then i have to start the whole process over
