THE PORTAL SAYS THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AND I HAVE PLACED ORDERS IN FEBRUARY WHILE I HAVENT USED MY HAPPY PAY IN 3 MONTHS NOW , PLEASE MAY THIS BE RECTIFIED URGENTKY BECAUSE MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I am so dissapointed with my last transaction. I have used happy pay multiple times bt this time they have failed me. I ordered from Liqour.co.za in November 2025. My order was somehow cancelled with them but happy pay still debits my account. A new agent calls me each n every week to tell me i am in arrears and i explain the same thing over and over that the order never came. Courier guy said the order was cancelled by Liqour.co.za and showed me proof even, however at Happy pay the cancellation does not reflect. I have tried numerous time to contact liqour.co.za and did not get help. I asked happy pay to please check with them how it is possible for me to pay for an order that was cancelled, each agent tells me that they will assist me and call back but they never do until the next week when a new agent calls to tell me i am in arrears AGAIN. I have incurred more than R1000 in bank charges from December 2025 till now. I personally will never use this service again and will make sure i spread the word to everyone i know to stay away frm this company because the incompetence will cost way more than the actual sale.

I usually don’t complain this quickly but support from this company is disappointing…I have tried the WhatsApp number as well as sent emails but am getting no response it’s extremely frustrating when all I’m trying to do is verify my account which failed and now I can’t do anything on my account

They refuse to close my account. They merely say they will deactivate the account. Meaning all my details remain on their website/servers. They quote irreverent sections of the credit act to forcefully keep my account open but "deactivated" indefinitely. Good luck closing your account.

HappyPay has been a nightmare! they deducted money from my acc without any authorisation.No warning,no consent just a surprise hit my bank balance.it feels like a **** ,and customer support was useless and unhelpful.I wouldn't trust this company with my money again.Avoid at all cost

I have never contacted or registered or used Happy Pay, BUT I received an amount of R799.95 paid by them into my bank account. 1. Why did I get money? 2. How do they have my bank details? 3. How do I contact them? The number on Hellopeter that is averified account says the. Mailbox is full..... There are so many BRIGHT RED FLAGS....... Please can I have advice ...... what do I do ..... am really concerned that this is a ****, *****, hacking ect ect

I was trying to make a purchase with Happy pay for the first time today and I was I asked to log into my banking app, they checked all my transactions on all my accounts and it seemed as if I was the one who logged into my app, is that how they do transactions or was I dealing with ****mers??? After that I was told that I will get an approval notification within 60 seconds which never happened, I’m really worried
