So this is how cindy nel makes her money by selling dry mascara's to pay for her expensive South African wine !!! They have absolute NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER !!

Worst fixing spray
I bought the waterproof and transfer proof fixing spray and it's the worst.... I'm pealing and my face is tight..... I don't think I will never buy catrice products ever again

Bad quality product
Hi I bought you waterproof Brush Ink tatoo eyeliner. The tip of the eyeliner you use to apply the brush stroke is not a tip at all. It looks like a brush that was not stored properly and is showing in more than one direction. I cannot use this product the apply my eyeliner and spesifically biught this to use on my holiday as it is waterproof. Highly dissapointed that a product that is not cheap at all has such bad qualifty and cannit be used.

Orange foundation
So I went to Edgar's Chatsworth, bought the Catrice Hydrating foundation, I do understand that yourl have better lighting than my bedroom but please train your consultants, she tried it on my neck and it looked good, lord be hold, yesterday I went for a function I decided to use the Catrice foundation for my husband to tell me I look like an orange is something, please can we have consultants that actually listen to us because I had asked her does this oxidise the reply was no, now I'm sitting with a foundation that I can not use or I need to buy a neutraliser! I have to end up spending more money

Broken Item
Good day, I bought the Catrice Demi Matt 090 from Dischem at Haasendal Gables (Cape Town, Western Cape) . Catrice is one of my favourite brands and this far i haven't found a single item I didn't like. Unfortunately when I eventually wanted to put on the lipstick a few days later i noticed that the tip of the lipstick atick was smudged as if someone tried to turn the lipatick out while it was still sealed. It wasn't a trainsmash but also wasn't ideal as it is a new product and I would have wanted it to be perfect as any one would when buying a new item. I decided to use it anyway as it was only the tip of the lipstick that had been smudged (so I thought) but when i applied the lipatick the whole lipstock broke off. Now I am unable to use it as when I open the lipstick the whole bullet comes out as well. I am really disappointed as I am a big fan of Catrice, I use their foindation, concealer, liquid lipstick, lipgloss and a few other products and this is the first time I have come across something like this. It makes it difficult to purchase any lipsticks from them as you can't opem the lipstick in store to see if it is in correct shape as it it sealed. Unfortunately i have trown the slip away as I didn't open or use the lipstick straight away. Kind regards, Mariska
