The above company uses a gmail address when contacting you; pedigree kittens are ready at 9 weeks (a bit young for a pedigree), Kittens are to be transported and you have to pay half the price upfront. You're asked to pay by ewallet and a copy of a person's ID is sent. The ID sent to me had a pic that was hardly visible. Fortunately I realised it was a scam before I paid anything.

Beware! Cats and Kittens Paradise is a fraudulent website. They send photos of kittens for sale but you cannot view the merchandise since we are on coronovirus lockdown. They claim to have a special permit to transport the pets during lockdown. They provided the following physical street address: 19 Lilyvale St Rayton, Bloemfontein, 9332 Bloemfontein, Free Statecand contact numbers CELL: +27(0)73-208-3619 FAX:+27(0)86-9694619. When I couldn't reach them on the cellphone as it went to voicemail they provided another number 078-343-3144 but said the reception was always poor. To gain my confidence they sent through a copy of a South African ID for Samantha Lance and all the emails were sent using the gmail address samanthalance09@gmail.com. They requested an instant money transfer as they said that the bank that I was tranferring the money from, Standard Bank, always had issues. I paid a deposit of R1850 into the following FNB bank account Bank Account Name S.Lance Account Number 62854211340 Branch Code.250655 which supposedly included delivery. They keep promising to send through delivery details.

Please do not buy kittens via this website. They are scam artists. Avoid purchasing kittens where the cattery is located in another province. They will ask you for a deposit and courier fee and given some time, knock you for more money. Fortunately i am only losing my R2000 deposit. I was sent an email to pay a further R5000 to transport the kitty in a thermo regulated crate. If the price of pedigree cats seem to good to be true, it probably is. The lady i dealt with went by the name of Lorna Cain. She has also has a 'vet' accomplice and claims to use a courier company by the name of 'Elite Courier Services'. Hope this helps in preventing anyone else from getting scammed

Scam! I Googled "Maine ****s" for sale. First, Jeanette Schultz kitten home appeared, I then read the Hello Peter reviews and it turns out to be scam. I WhatsApped the person and send the screenshot of the review and I got blocked. That review made by someone else mentioned that the person sends you their ID to give you peace of mind and after you pay the deposit, they disappear. Second website named "Cats and kittens paradise" came up so I made contact via the website. I got an email back with pictures etc. I asked if I can view the kittens in person and how payment is made. Answer - cash on delivery and kitten will be couriered BUT they will send a copy of their ID. So I asked again if no deposit is needed, I got a reply in capital letters, CASH ON DELIVERY, I JUST SAID. How rude is that?? I asked to phone them and I got a reply - "Please provide us with your Cell Phone Number, what time will it be Great to call tomorrow?" So I gave the number and will update this post tomorrow if this is not a scam. Also, my question was not answered as to where these kittens are located. Seems like this is the same person trying to scam innocent victims. Doesn't sound very legit or professional.
