Disappointing service
Good day. I am deeply disappointed at the handling of my claim by Miway insurance. Claim number C1501986. To date,the claims handler Victor N has bit contacted me regarding my claim registered via the app on Friday, 13 th May 2022. Consultants Mashudu and Lerato(I stand to be corrected on the latter's name) we great in assisting me.the claim was authorized. I was supposed to be sent a release this past Friday to complete and to date I have not received anything. This claim was supposed to be settled ages ago. There has been no delay on my part. U would appreciate the same courtesy from Miway. I have to avidly make contact with miway and it's very frustrating

Service at its best
Hi I recently joined Miway insurance as their premium was far cheaper than my previous Insurer (who i was extremely happy with mind you) I was a bit skeptical... Until now that is. Our geyser was gushing and i decided to call and use the Emergency Home Assistance. I am so impressed by the speed at which a plumber was appointed , follow ups via sms and calls, not forgetting that the plumbers they appointed were extremely professional, pleasant and competent. My skeptism has dissipated. Thank you for your excellent service!

CAT, CATTERY, SCAMMERS!
Please do not buy kittens via this website. They are scam artists. Avoid purchasing kittens where the cattery is located in another province. They will ask you for a deposit and courier fee and given some time, knock you for more money. Fortunately i am only losing my R2000 deposit. I was sent an email to pay a further R5000 to transport the kitty in a thermo regulated crate. If the price of pedigree cats seem to good to be true, it probably is. The lady i dealt with went by the name of Lorna Cain. She has also has a 'vet' accomplice and claims to use a courier company by the name of 'Elite Courier Services'. Hope this helps in preventing anyone else from getting scammed

Good Day I would like to compliment Zanele N and Jonelda De Jager for their excellent customer service in dealing with my claim. Although the claim took a while to be finalized, i commend them in the way they handled my daily correspondences and calls (especially Zanele).

Good Day I just signed up with Dotsure a few minutes ago. Imke De Vries assisted me with advice, a quotation and concluded the policy with me. She was a pleasure to deal with- answered all my q's and was very patient and energetic at the same time. Heres hoping that my future dealings with Dotsure is just as pleasant and effortless.
