I found the attorneys to lack empathy and sympathy for my situation. I often had to follow up myself for updates, which added unnecessary stress, delays and financial strain. As an FNB client, I expected a more client-focused approach, but instead, I felt the focus was primarily on sending out invoices rather than assisting victims effectively. My case would be shoved away until I call in and follow up and only then I would get an update.
