I am very happy with the FNB Law on Call policy. It has been incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate how seriously they take complaints about law firms. Their assistance has been invaluable, and I would definitely recommend this service to others.
I had a horrible experience with this firm and their attorneys namely, Louw Oberholzer , Chris Liebenberg and Loche Morkel. Throughout my case: I found the attorneys to lack empathy and sympathy for my situation. I often had to follow up myself for updates, which added unnecessary stress, delays and financial strain. As an FNB client, I expected a more client-focused approach, but instead, I felt the focus was primarily on sending out invoices rather than assisting victims effectively. My case would be shoved away until I call in and follow up and only then I would get an update.

I'm having such a horrible experience with MiWay Insurance, the lady appointed to handle my case has been completely unprofessional and rude towards me and her supervisors don't seem to handle the situation too well. She at 1st told me that she will cancel my claim for no valid reason, I always have to call in for her to read my emails. She's making the whole process long and hideous. So I was involved in a car accident on the 7th of October, the owner took full responsibility, his statement also clearly states he was on the wrong, also the damage is evident, he did not stop at the traffic light n he was on a high speed, he claimed against his insurance MIWAY. I was hit on the passenger door, and the car is still driving. It's been a month now n going to 2 on a 3rd party claim, to get an update I have to call in and in most cases the lady is not at her desk, I'm more than willing to have phone records listened to so they can hear how she always treats me. I have to Uber to work and spend R300 daily as there's no public transport where I reside, the window was also smashed and this puts my car at risk of easily being tempered with by ********s. I'm dealing with a team who doesn't prioritise cases, the supervisor gave the lady appointed to assist me to follow up with the advisor and she didn't even bother to do, she ignored the supervisors instructions and nothing was done about it. To drag the whole case the lady even asked me to draw a personal scratch after I submitted the original from the police, I'm never given turn around on anything The main insurer also advised that he submitted everything. Is this how miWay really treat their clients?is this how their stuff is also trained to treat people like they don't matter? At least if I was given the finale results then I would ask the brokers to intervene because just by looking at images you can clearly see who was wrong.
