I bought a MV Agusta from Cayenne about 2 and a half years ago, and I am forced to take the bike to them as I will void the warrentee if I take it elsewhere, ever since I bought the bike i jad extreamly bad after service, but this last time was the wors of all. my bike has been standing for almost 5 months now in there workshop, in this 5 months did i not once receive feedback from them as to what is going on, I the client have to phone or email them every single week to find out what is going on with my bike, Every single week Rual the workshop manager tells me the same story over and over again, also making false promises just to get me to stop talking, Whenever I message Rual he does not even take the effort to read my message, whenever I phone the workshop only 1 out of 10 times will I get through to someone that can assist me. I am paying more than R4000 a month on this bike and I have not riden it for 5 months now... Cayenne is also refusing to pay my monthly premies as they say I have to claim it back from the warrentee company, I tried to then claim it back from them where they have responded that the paperwork and the system shows that my claim has only been placed 3 weeks ago and i am not in a place yet to claim my premies back. again more dodgy and under the table work from the workshop manager Rual. always with lies. and when you confront him about this, he comes up with very nice stories to back himself. Rual is lying to all his customers and in affect causing Cayenne to loose a lot of business. Not once have I ever had a good experiance with Cayenne. only in the very beginning where Craig Langton was still the owner it was nice, one Craig Left the place fell down into a **** whole. Super unhappy!!!
