I would suggest that that you think twice before entering into a rental agreement with CBA, once you have signed on the dotted line that's it. My business, like many others ran into financial problems with a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to sell our offices and have no place for the equipment rented/leased through CBA. Asked them for a reduced settlement in the interest of both parties, as we have paid them many times over for the value of the equipment, but not interested. Still want to ***** us for the full value of the lease. We have spoken to them but it falls on deaf ears. Their BEE Certificate is also no assistance so why support them at all.
