MALICIOUS/RUDE/ARROGANT/GOD COMPLEX

After being threatened by the staff of CBS, they had the ordacity to send us an invoice for R16k for discount they gave us on a non existent order placed apparently 2 years ago. These guys don't give up. Have had to block their numbers as when they call they are EXTREMELY rude and downright malicious with their mouths.
