Very rude aggressive and manipulative people
A lady phoned me two weeks ago, wanting to sell me cartridges. I told her we are not interested. She told me she will send one so that we can try it for R250. They ended up sending six with an invoice for R1199. They are very rude and demanding. I phoned my courier and send their parcel back to them a long with a Checkers voucher they send, as it is not what we agreed on and the items is incorrect. I spoke to a Michael at their company telling him the cartridges are wrong, he was rude and told me he can send me the voice recordings where l told them thats the printer we use, but they charge R450 to email recordings. Also told me that l cant send it back as they wont take it without proof of payment and cancellation invoice and that it costed them R250 for the courier to be deliverd to us and we will be liable for it. They are demanding and very rude, only want to take your money. I dont want their product. Now they keep on phoning and harrasing us for something we dont want and that was not agreed on. They never got an order from us for what they send. They are very rude, aggressive and very manipulative. Wont ever do business with them Beware of Lotus Print Consumables

Very rude aggressive and manipulative people

Worst ever:... now trading as Lotus Print Consumables - Scammers - What all the other reviews mentioned is true - They deliver with courier stuff never ordered - Then they want payment for it - Told them to arrange for a pick up by the courier to return - They never did it - I returned the items per courier. The sales consultant treated me as a customer with NO respect - The last call from him was from the so called 'Legal Department" For your own well being - Please do not even think of doing business with them!

CBS Print/ Sly, Scamming
This people is harassing our company , basically forcing us to buy cartridges after we said NO, they keep on phoning , and try to sweet talk and then just want to process a order! This company is sly!!! please do not answer any calls from them as you will be scammed!!

CBS print consumables scam artists
Con artists and scammers. Tell you there's a deal on 1 cartridge and when you agree to it, they tell you the deal no longer is on 1 its on 2. They are rude, obnoxious and the sales lady is such a sweet talker. Be aware

MALICIOUS/RUDE/ARROGANT/GOD COMPLEX
After being threatened by the staff of CBS, they had the ordacity to send us an invoice for R16k for discount they gave us on a non existent order placed apparently 2 years ago. These guys don't give up. Have had to block their numbers as when they call they are EXTREMELY rude and downright malicious with their mouths.

DO NOT EVER do business with this Company. RUDE, THREATINING ladies and gent. Claim there was a order in 2018 for 40 toners and has to be released. I ask for the Purchase order or email confirmation as there is no way we would order such huge quantities. Claims one person placed the order, then in another breath, was another person. Get threatening call saying we took vouchers, we never TOOK them, they were delivered WITH the toners!!!!!!!! We never asked for them now you want to threaten us with charges at SAPS. So disgusted that we actually supported your RIP OFF business.

Stay away from this company!!
Do not do business with these people!! Scammers and won’t leave you alone!! If you order something from them you will not get them off your back. Giving false information. You think you are buying 1 toner but before you know they send you another which you also need to pay for! Stay away from them!!!!

They then promised that if I took delivery now, I would get the special price, and only pay in 6 months (when I said I would need it). They then delivered, and are now calling for payment (3 weeks later), with a very rude and abusive manner. I told them to collect it and take it back, but they rudely told me no I must pay them.
