Con artists and scammers. Tell you there's a deal on 1 cartridge and when you agree to it, they tell you the deal no longer is on 1 its on 2. They are rude, obnoxious and the sales lady is such a sweet talker. Be aware
Telesales consultant is the most unprofessional consultant I have ever spoken to. I called regarding my delivery for my bread for my shop, I had 2 queries and she said she can't deal with 2 queries at the same time. She said "e-yo" and dropped the phone. How's that for customer service?

<p>Refused to do a name change from my mother to my 93 year old grandfather for a flight from Durban to Johannesburg. My 93 year old grandfather now has to drive back to Joburg by taxi. No wonder they are in so much problems and people no longer want to fly SAA </p>
<p>I have never come across a call centre who's lines open at 07h45 but at 07h48 are still closed. When I did call again at 07h50 the lines were eventually open but ended being on hold for over 20 minutes. I still haven't been assisted. I made a payment at the Florida campus yesterday 03/01/2017 and my account is still blocked today 04/01/2017</p> <p> </p>
