They harrased me continuously after telling them I did not need the ink. They then promised that if I took delivery now, I would get the special price, and only pay in 6 months (when I said I would need it). They then delivered, and are now calling for payment (3 weeks later), with a very rude and abusive manner. I told them to collect it and take it back, but they rudely told me no I must pay them.
<p>We had lightning damage just before the long weekend. We got our own repairer in, as the Discovery providers were not available. Today I dealt with Razia Sarlie, who swiftly attended to the claim, sent through the correspondence and had everything settled within a few hours. This was really great service! </p>
