Very rude aggressive and manipulative people

A lady phoned me two weeks ago, wanting to sell me cartridges. I told her we are not interested. She told me she will send one so that we can try it for R250. They ended up sending six with an invoice for R1199. They are very rude and demanding. I phoned my courier and send their parcel back to them a long with a Checkers voucher they send, as it is not what we agreed on and the items is incorrect. I spoke to a Michael at their company telling him the cartridges are wrong, he was rude and told me he can send me the voice recordings where l told them thats the printer we use, but they charge R450 to email recordings. Also told me that l cant send it back as they wont take it without proof of payment and cancellation invoice and that it costed them R250 for the courier to be deliverd to us and we will be liable for it. They are demanding and very rude, only want to take your money. I dont want their product. Now they keep on phoning and harrasing us for something we dont want and that was not agreed on. They never got an order from us for what they send. They are very rude, aggressive and very manipulative. Wont ever do business with them Beware of Lotus Print Consumables
