Disappointed service

In Feb 2024 we had good serves from them, but now August 2024 they got new nrs and no service. They arange time slots and dont pitch. It is already 15 days and my Dishwasher is still not working. They are quick to request call out fees but once paid they don't come to finish the job. They dont communicate with you as customer no feedback need to call them all the time. Even the owner/ manager Christo does the same. Very despondent it them. Will not recommend them, should you use them do not pay till the job is finished completely.
