Disappointed service
In Feb 2024 we had good serves from them, but now August 2024 they got new nrs and no service. They arange time slots and dont pitch. It is already 15 days and my Dishwasher is still not working. They are quick to request call out fees but once paid they don't come to finish the job. They dont communicate with you as customer no feedback need to call them all the time. Even the owner/ manager Christo does the same. Very despondent it them. Will not recommend them, should you use them do not pay till the job is finished completely.

Wow!
Today i woke up with all my meat defrosted. I made contact with CC Appliance Repairs. An appointment was made, their technecians arrived early. Wow! It was my plug all along that was faulty. They were honest enough to tell me that my issue was nothing major. Keep up the good work!

Wow!
Today i woke up with all my meat defrosted. I made contact with CC Appliance Repairs. An appointment was made, their technecians arrived early. Wow! It was my plug all along that was faulty. They were honest enough to tell me that my issue was nothing major. Keep up the good work!

CC Appliance second had spare parts
I had a very bad experience with this company, first they **** about the waiting period to get spares, then they came after several phone calls, then they installed second hand spare in my washing machine, i got another very good acredited company to fix the mashine as CC Ap said it was the coupling and the agitator they replaced the agitator only half f it where about if you phone Van Biljons it does not cum separately but as a hole. the agitator was so dirty on the inside the installer took my unit that i cleaned out the day he came he took it out for me to clean and put a dirty part from someone else in. i had a witness both times that the installers was here. now the Owner refuses to give me back my money i have paid. the Owner makes me out to be a ****. is this how he steels from the customers that was not as awake as what i was. in the meantime the problem was the totally something else that was wrong with the machine, please be aware of CC Aplience.

Good Service
