I had a very bad experience with this company, first they **** about the waiting period to get spares, then they came after several phone calls, then they installed second hand spare in my washing machine, i got another very good acredited company to fix the mashine as CC Ap said it was the coupling and the agitator they replaced the agitator only half f it where about if you phone Van Biljons it does not cum separately but as a hole. the agitator was so dirty on the inside the installer took my unit that i cleaned out the day he came he took it out for me to clean and put a dirty part from someone else in. i had a witness both times that the installers was here. now the Owner refuses to give me back my money i have paid. the Owner makes me out to be a ****. is this how he steels from the customers that was not as awake as what i was. in the meantime the problem was the totally something else that was wrong with the machine, please be aware of CC Aplience.
I don't think Mugg and Bean is worried about their standards any more. I was at Bayside Blouberg ordered Tea waited 13 min before anybody came to light and when it arrived the teapot had no lid but a saucer on top the black cup had a great chip in it. When i called the manager to bring it under his attention, he apologised said they would rectify the problem , 15 min later i got up and walked out. The table next to me broke a pepper mill they told the waiter and bu the time i left nobody came to clear the table and floor. Then i get to the airport in Cape town ordered Tea. The teapot had no lid but a white saucer on top the milk jug was a cardboard cup and the tea pot had a great white chip in it. The gentleman next to got his tea in a seathrue cup. What happened to the standards of Mug and Bean.
Any body reading this. PLEASE consider very carefully before you take a policy from INNOVATION group as they are full of promises but cant deliver. Ive been phoning them since March regarding a letter of transfer after ive maid 14 calls nobody has come to lite. The all say they are sorry for the inconveniance but still its the 4 December im still waiting for the letter i have spoken to Nbsoko, Ntabeling, Mpho, Gemotso, Makosend, Petronella, Stefian,Rochell, but no luck as yet, I am waiting for Curtis, Ramon ,Ofense or Lebohang. to call me back and send me the promising letter as they have said they would give me. As i was told when i took out the policy that I can service my car at any MMI dealer and now that i want to claim i was told that i only had to service it at a Landrover Dealer. The salesman made the mistake as they had to listen to the taped conversation and admitted to it, they promised to send me a letter to state that the police is still valid, but to date have i not received that letter. Could this matter pls be seen to and let me have some feedback, I have phoned and asked for the onbutsmans no but was told they don't have something like that Regards.
