Unbeknown to me the roof was hastily repaired with a combination of mesh & paint & far below any acceptable work practices & 6 months later the roof was still giving issues. The also facia fell off. Upon closer inspection dirt & water was pooling in the mesh & rusted old parts/joints were reused when repairing the facia. The wood was rotten under the facia & the gutters were full of sand. (Although not in the quotation a reputable contractor would have highlighted this to me). Further inspections revealed the repairs on the East side were also not suitable. When confronted by this poor workmanship Chris Hechter refused to refund the money for the valley & East side even though this was well within any acceptable workmanship guarantee. Have a look at the photos & you be the judge & think carefully should you agree any maintenance work performed by Chris Hechter from CC Projects.
