MY RAIN DELIVERY

I was simply asking their courier to reschedule their time slot, and they told me I can't do it the same day, while they didn't give me any other options they told me they can only deliver for me next week Thursday while the deliver had to come today. now I have to wait that long because they can't rearrange the time slot .
