Useless beyond believe
Made a appointment between 10 and 12 because I have to go to work at 12:45 they have not kept to their time I had to leave to work I did call them was told they were going to call back but still waiting ****en useless rain should get new couriers that are professional and that communicate with customers while keeping their appointments

12 Mar 2026, 15:05Now ccd say they scheduled a appointment for between 12 and 4 tomorrow that is after I told them that I leave for work at 12;45 and after I was told on the phone that it will be delivered before 12 tomorrow..... Got a email from madela Thembalokugcina that just set a time that doesn't fit into my time schedule at all after I made it very clear on the phone that I am unavailable after 12:45!!!!! You are unprofessional and I am losing my patience get someone to call me I am contacting rain now as well since you seem to be doing whatever you want completely ignoring customers
