Wasting my time and gives me one hell of a headache.

This has been the most frustrating experience that i had for the first time ever with a courier company. Their drivers are rude and impatient. Their sms's say COPY of id and proof and if you provide that they dont want to give your parcel without original. And if you ask if they can please wait for 5minutes for you to provide the original, then the driver says no i cant wait and even when you still talk he drives off..

Worst experience ever. Then when you phone the offices to report it, they only listen to their employees that is totally wrong... You as a customer must wait the whole day for them cause they dont give a specific time and if you ask them for 5minutes they refuse..

I personally will never use them again
