CCI is so unprofessional my partner passed away in September 2025 a week before pay day, they decided not to release his salary stated they need a letter of authority to discuss anything pertaining his salary, i went and got the letter from Master of High court only for them to say they cannot disclose anything to me because the letter does not have the salary to be paid however they also do not want to give me anything to confirm the salary to be paid, It takes them over 4 days for payroll to respond to a simple request so the entire company does not understand how the letter of authority works? the same letter that they had requested and they still cannot disclose anything such incompetence on such a big entity and to be told this is their first instance a company that has been operating for over 15 years nobody has ever passed away before they got paid? To make matters worse all their email addresses block external emails so you cannot send emails you have to use WhatsApp Really? such unprofessionalism having to send confidential documents on a personal WhatsApp? They do not care one bit from the time i started to inquire about this matter i haven't even received a mere call from someone in HR department to explain what is happening or the process i am getting response that is meaningless from WhatsApp where i have to follow up every time they if i don't say anything they don't. They are not having showing empathy in this whole situation my partner worked his full month his leave days and now we have to fight for his money to be paid?

My name is Elroy Van Schalkwyk, director of ESH Construction and Consulting. We specialize in building Fibre links, Splicing, and maintenance as an Optic Fibre contractor. I am reaching out regarding the work we completed for ERN Technology under Cci Technology Solutions. Specifically, we provided Fiber link services at the new Truworths store at Atlyn Mall in Atteridgeville on the 19th of March 2024 and finish the job on the 22nd of March, restored a Fiber link at another Truworths location in Middleburg on the 20th of March, and installed a new Fiber link at Hatfield on the 3rd - 5th April 2024. Despite our efforts, we have not received payment for the services rendered to ERN Technology. I have contacted Mr. Emeldean Nicholas multiple times to inquire about the payment process, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. As a fellow contractor, I understand the importance of timely and fair compensation for services provided. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I kindly request guidance on the next steps to facilitate the payment process and ensure that our business relationship moves forward positively. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this issue. Warm regards, Elroy Van Schalkwyk Director ESH Construction and Consulting 0835013246

CCI SANDTON - A place that exploits agents, there's always an issue with salaries, they are not paying agents their salaries. First they tell you the basic salary is R5000 and then thereafter they take R600 from that R5000, for transport to take you home when you knock off. You will receive a payslip showing that your basic salary is R3615 yet you were told your basic salary is R5000. I have never gotten my full salary ever since I started at CI SANDTON, there's always a pay query, I'm having a pay query for the third time now and I still haven't received my money from November. This is not right, you can't do that to people.

I worked for this company and everything about it was terrible went for training for 2 full months moved departments unannounced Team leaders play with favorites during the night and don't work agents who have been there for long sleep all night agents who are liked by team leaders are always on ticketing and not taking calls if you ask for any assistance they will tell you ( follow the guide ) meaning they too don't know how to respond to you and they have no idea. gossip with operations manager about agents private lives.... it is just toxic i must say.

Good Day, I'm having a concern on how CCI treat it's employees, the company haven't paid salaries for CCI permanent employees who were on MTN campaign since February 2023, MTN decided to take their business to ISON and Ibridge on the 31 of December 2022, according to CCI MTN, ISON and Ibridge did not follow section 197 of labour act that has to do with transferring of employees to ISON and Ibridge because those employees have skills and knowledge on MTN campaign. CCI is claiming that they cannot pay their permanent employees before the judgment by Johannesburg labour court, the court has been going on since December 2022 until now there's no judgement and MTNers are not getting their salaries. CCI told those employees who were on MTN campaign that Ibridge and ISON must pay them. The court has been dragging for long and people are starving. CCI have lots of campaigns where they can place those MTNers while waiting for judgement but they chose not to while they are hiring every week. It's the 4th months without salaries, those people have families to feed and rent to pay. They only placed top management to other campaigns and leave the rest to starve. It's really a sad situation for those MTNers because they were loyal to CCI and MTN campaign for 6 years. Even when they go to ccma they are told to wait for judgement but they are employed on database, they cannot even claim for uif
