I was told I am owing cause the company did not submit the IRP5, why isn't that debt sent to the company no they sent it to me, I have been doing up and down for 1 year, still sars decided to take my provident fund while it's the company fault, yall are so quick to take our monies without doing your proper job kgaa now my kid has. To suffer and I am not even working.
Worst experience, I got an email on Friday at 12 stating that my claim has been paid and I will receive the funds within 48 hours, today it's Wednesday I have not yet received my funds, and they don't respond to their emails.
Been requesting for Ui19 and salary schedule form to apply for my UIF as I am unemployed well my emails are being ignored.
The debit order is R119 and guess what the is R294 I don't know about that went off my account, I want my money ASAP reverse it I don't wanna go crazy

I would like to request further assistance regarding the outstanding amount reflected on my tax profile. Late last year, I received a correspondence indicating that the reason for the amount owing was due to the IRP5 for 2019 not being received. I contacted your office and spoke to a consultant who confirmed that the correspondence was correct, and I was advised to request the IRP5 from my previous employer. I explained that I had already tried, but they were unwilling to assist. I was then informed that without the IRP5, nothing further could be done. In February, I managed to obtain the IRP5 and submitted it. Later that month, I called again and spoke to a lady at the Randburg branch who advised me that the issue was not with the IRP5, but that someone from Nedbank was allegedly using my tax number. She advised that I should come into the branch with my ID to resolve the issue. I went to the branch, but the explanation changed. The consultant called one of his colleagues (I believe his name was Lawrence), who was very rude. He instructed me to submit an affidavit and dismissed the importance of the IRP5, stating they were not required. He then proceeded to complete assessments for all the years I had not submitted returns. However, I am now being told that I still owe the outstanding amount. I do not understand how this is possible, as in the year in question (2019), I was only earning R5,500 and was not within a taxable income bracket. Prior to receiving the initial correspondence, I was not even aware of what an IRP5 was or its purpose. I would like to raise the following concerns: The confusion and conflicting information I received from different consultants. The responsibility of my former employer, who failed to submit the IRP5 initially. The fact that I was under the impression that only individuals who were taxed needed to submit returns. The amount in question appears to be based on incorrect or incomplete information
Honestly Makro is the worst, you guys were supposed to have delivered the Toaster on the 27th you did not, been calling so many times and on Monday they said you will deliver tuesday , i called yesterday before 5 they said today all of sudden i am checking the order status you are initiated a refund on whos behalf? You did not even contact me you guys have horrible customer service i want my money as on Today you dont even apologies to your customer not even compensate them for your horrible ****ty behavior i will never ever buy from you people i am even deleting your app kgaaa
First time to buy from makro honestly they don't even deserve a star, the delivery date is supposed to be today, yesterday they decided to go and delivery and they called I was not available, now they are saying they can't deliver today, like how because the are the ones that said the delivery is today, on top of that the other item on the order was supposed to have been delivered today as well but it has been stucked on order placed and when I asked they said their supplier has not yet pack the order so what is the point of having a delivery date, this was the 1st and last time, people have complained about makro but I was like nah let me give it a try now I see why. They can deliver the day they want even if they don't want to it's fine.
this people are not answering their numbers, they are using cheap board at the back, when my wardrobe was delivered it was missing one nail in the middle which its okay but the board is coming out at the back yall are using cheap board and you are using staples instead of nails oh hell no, now i am calling them to get them to fix the board but it rings once and they drop
I bought clothes at pep, went to exchange to a different pep well at Malvern they sent me back to bring back the bank card I used before they can issue a refund I did today now they are saying slip is not clear is it my problem that you guys use weak ink and the sku code shows and the date, so they sending me back to Carlton centre where I bought the jacket for what because exchange or refund can be done anywhere please do something about it because I have worked in retail and I know how this work, I will take it further
