Good Day, I'm having a concern on how CCI treat it's employees, the company haven't paid salaries for CCI permanent employees who were on MTN campaign since February 2023, MTN decided to take their business to ISON and Ibridge on the 31 of December 2022, according to CCI MTN, ISON and Ibridge did not follow section 197 of labour act that has to do with transferring of employees to ISON and Ibridge because those employees have skills and knowledge on MTN campaign. CCI is claiming that they cannot pay their permanent employees before the judgment by Johannesburg labour court, the court has been going on since December 2022 until now there's no judgement and MTNers are not getting their salaries. CCI told those employees who were on MTN campaign that Ibridge and ISON must pay them. The court has been dragging for long and people are starving. CCI have lots of campaigns where they can place those MTNers while waiting for judgement but they chose not to while they are hiring every week. It's the 4th months without salaries, those people have families to feed and rent to pay. They only placed top management to other campaigns and leave the rest to starve. It's really a sad situation for those MTNers because they were loyal to CCI and MTN campaign for 6 years. Even when they go to ccma they are told to wait for judgement but they are employed on database, they cannot even claim for uif
