We bought an Aquazone Elite Spa on 30 July 2021. Every year the machine must go for a service paid for by the owner. I booked the service with Nerisca Poolman on 8 December 2022 and paid R750 on the 9th of December after I had confirmed the booking with her, I asked her how long the machine will be in for the service, and when the machine will be collected from my house as per the service agreement. On the 9th of January a month later, the machine was still not collected for its yearly service. After several phone calls and empty promises, I insisted to speak to a manager, Jason Phoned me back and the machine was collected, and I received it back on 26 January 2023. When I received the Aqua zone spa back the remote was not in the box. spoke to Jason again on 31st January 2023 and he promised the remote will be couriered on the same day. Today is the 22 of February and I have not received any remote.
The Aquazone Elite Spa is an amazing machine, but the machine means nothing if it does not get serviced every year, and with this poor service from CCL Global I questioned if the machine is really worth all the frustration and time spent on phone calls, emails, etc.
