We bought an Aquazone Elite Spa on 30 July 2021. Every year the machine must go for a service paid for by the owner. I booked the service with Nerisca Poolman on 8 December 2022 and paid R750 on the 9th of December after I had confirmed the booking with her, I asked her how long the machine will be in for the service, and when the machine will be collected from my house as per the service agreement. On the 9th of January a month later, the machine was still not collected for its yearly service. After several phone calls and empty promises, I insisted to speak to a manager, Jason Phoned me back and the machine was collected, and I received it back on 26 January 2023. When I received the Aqua zone spa back the remote was not in the box. spoke to Jason again on 31st January 2023 and he promised the remote will be couriered on the same day. Today is the 22 of February and I have not received any remote. The Aquazone Elite Spa is an amazing machine, but the machine means nothing if it does not get serviced every year, and with this poor service from CCL Global I questioned if the machine is really worth all the frustration and time spent on phone calls, emails, etc.
I bought an HP Colour Deskjet 3.1 Printer on 3 June 2022 from Game Jeffreys Bay more often than not the printer would disconnect, and we had to reinstall the printer drivers on the laptops which takes quite some time. After several times that we did this we could not get the printer connected again. We took the printer in for repairs to Game Jeffreys bay on 10 November 2022 after several phone calls we received the printer back middle of December with a job card from Redington a service provider for HP/Game" replaced using parts, MPCA replaced". However, we could still not connect the printer to either of our Laptops to print. We took the printer back on 18 January. I phoned Redington myself on the 6th of February the printer was couriered and received it on 10 February. When I received the printer back it was without a power cable. The printer cannot be tested as it is without a power cable. I’m very unhappy with the after-service of HP.

After 2 weeks the battle started all over again with me phoning Game to follow up when the printer will be back. With empty promises that they will get back to me, I got so frustrated with the bad service from Game, that I phoned Redington myself on the 6th of February and it was confirmed that the printer was only couriered on the 31st of January and Redington only received the printer on the 3rd of February. I immediately phoned Game and spoke to Ziwe who said that she will get back to me in a few minutes. After 2 days Diana at customer services phoned and said the printer was couriered and will be ready for collection on 10 February. When I received the printer back it was without a power cable. I phoned Game and asked to be put through to customer service but nobody answered the phone and had to phone again and ask to speak to Ziwe and the promises start all over again!! Game Jeffreys Bay repair service is terrible.
