In early December 2022, CDF was asked to check my alarm system as the zone for the outside doors was faulty. Their team came out and checked and informed me that they can not fix it as they think it is a wiring problem. They said they would send me a quotation to fix it.
That was the last I heard from them. I contacted another alarm company to fix it. To be informed by this company that CDF has disconnected all the outside doors and I basically had no protection for the last month.
This morning I also had a person at my gate who identified himself as CDF and wanted my password as he claimed my alarm went off when it did not.
When I called CDF this morning they do not see any of this as a problem and their response is that they will send me a quote.
