Awful service
Bought a game from them, which clearly stated "can be activated in your country". However, when I tried, I got a message stating "cannot be activated in your country". Contacted support, and after 5 days of being given the "your message is important to us, we'll get there" runaround, they rep**** with "we've cancelled your order and refunded your money", with no further explanation. It's been a week now and the refund hasn't been paid. Even better is that the same product is still being sold indicating that it can be activated in my country....even though it seems it can't. Sticking to Steam sales going forward...these guys are way too ***** for a some tiny savings.

Bad customer service
I bought Battlefield 2042, I was away for a couple of months and could not download the game. I heard the game was not good and people were getting their money back, I emailed customer care and just asked about the refund option!! Without any further conformation they refunded me, R36 and I paid R700. When I emailed them they said sorry and said I have to purchase the game again.

Avengers beta code
I bought a beta code for avengers game but the code is invalid I keep sending screenshots with no response I bought the code on Saturday kept trying code over and over at least 3 times daily and now beta has started and now I can’t play the damn game because you sent me a damn invalid code refund me my money or send the right damn code I mean honestly it’s unacceptable I’m missing out on something I paid for while your agent cant respond to my query I’ve never had any problems before so why the hell now honestly one of my most anticipated games and now I can’t enjoy it plus I lose out on my cash

Cdkeys.com SCAMMED ME!!!
Hi, 2 days ago i purchased 1 Fallout 76 key from cdkeys.com. I followed every single step and when i wanted to redeem my code from Bethesda Launcher it said invalid code. I've sent 2 emails already with no reply yet. I also reported it at PayPal so hopefully they will refund me. Cdkeys.com, you guys should be ashamed for scamming people! I wanted to redeem the code before the 24th April so that i could get Fallout 76 on Steam for free. Listen to me, DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! you going to lose your money

I bought Conan Exiles twice more than a week ago and logged several tickets and NOTHING has been resolved yet! Can this please please please just be resolved! The CD keys provided by CDkeys.com doesnt work, steam says it requires the base game to be loaded first but those CDkeys should be for the base game. CAN I PLEASE HAVE SOME FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS!
