Bad customer service

I bought Battlefield 2042, I was away for a couple of months and could not download the game. I heard the game was not good and people were getting their money back, I emailed customer care and just asked about the refund option!! Without any further conformation they refunded me, R36 and I paid R700. When I emailed them they said sorry and said I have to purchase the game again.
