False claim on consent to access my credit report and access to personal information

Today I received a call from ***, and they told me they are NCR registered, and I am being overcharged on my accounts. After telling them not to call again and that they can remove me from their database, the agent was quite rude.

A few minutes later I received 3 SMSs stating that I gave consent to credit check on reasons of affordability assessment. This is false. No, I did not consent, and I am not struggling with any accounts. It is scary that my information was accessed without my permission or consent. This seems ******* and *****ulent at best.
