Don’t even bother booking here.

We’ve brought our cars here for years, but we’re officially done. The service is unacceptable, and the communication is worse. This place operates like a chop shop, not a BMW dealer. I left my car on Tuesday, and for three days it sat in their musty warehouse with the windows left open - no updates, no calls. My dad and I had to beg for a callback. Their estimates fluctuate overnight, completely inconsistent and undeserving of trust. I’d rather drive out of my way than return to this Banana Republic of a business. Even one star is too generous; you deserve zero. The only decent people here are the drivers and security; everyone else needs to seriously reevaluate why they’re even in this job.
