I took a contract 2 years ago it ended in August through out the 2 years I had endless problems with cell c , but all I got is sorry for the inconvenience, so I waited for it to end, which was 23 August, now that it's ended I'm getting billed , for a contract that's over, because they automatically put me on month to month why? Never tell me I must cancel , as it says 24 months contract so why do I automatically go on a new bill, bull.****, anyways , I canceled and was told I will receive cancelation email, absolutely nothing, I get the data and minutes but am billed like double for it, they keep calling like pests insisting choose between this and that , I ke3p saying no I don't want nothing from cell , 2 hours go by another one calls keeps insisting why, ? Cell c ****ped me around for 2 years , still now you want me to take other nonsense u insist on, hell NO , cell c schemes to get customers, lie and not upfront about anything... and any problems they do nothing to assist but say pay like this pay that pay pay pay sorry for the inconvenience Cell c is a disgrace and should be investigated
