I wish there was 0 starts and somewhere to report this casino I am a loyal customer Almost every day I play here , complained and went on deaf ears I get a response like it's my data or network It's my phone or laptop It's something The games I play give me error over and over again, upon that error it says no money was lost , when I go back to play the money is gone The consultant says nothing was lost I must read the error message, they treat me like I am a fool Only give me stories Now I am deciding to play else where Because when I emailed them and chatted with the consultants they made me like I'm a stupid Even now they will say on the reply this is escalated but nothing will happen This is their way to rip us off They become a **** now , where they rob us and blame us because we gambling But this is not gambling their games are set to loose and if it gives any win it gives error and kicks you off, when you enter again it's reset so how is this gambling while they make sure to fool us The games spinomonel and egt says tornaments, but when you play them , it's like you going to throw your money down the drain because there is absolutely no hope , only error message and your money gone but having tornaments
I loaded R50 voucher around 3am my history shows 0 funded I contacted support they said they will fix manually I bought a R100 voucher and went to play again nothing got loaded I'm still waiting they said they will fix manually I am asking them wher is my money because my wife has a manual deposit on her account how is this possible who is going to sort this out ? I took a contract 2 years ago it ended in August through out the 2 years I had endless problems with cell c , but all I got is sorry for the inconvenience, so I waited for it to end, which was 23 August, now that it's ended I'm getting billed , for a contract that's over, because they automatically put me on month to month why? Never tell me I must cancel , as it says 24 months contract so why do I automatically go on a new bill, bull.****, anyways , I canceled and was told I will receive cancelation email, absolutely nothing, I get the data and minutes but am billed like double for it, they keep calling like pests insisting choose between this and that , I ke3p saying no I don't want nothing from cell , 2 hours go by another one calls keeps insisting why, ? Cell c ****ped me around for 2 years , still now you want me to take other nonsense u insist on, hell NO , cell c schemes to get customers, lie and not upfront about anything... and any problems they do nothing to assist but say pay like this pay that pay pay pay sorry for the inconvenience Cell c is a disgrace and should be investigated
My experience with this casino is the most worst I ever had. They shady First I had problems withdrawing, my account was verified over a month before I managed to withdraw, I got stories and then 2 days later I got paid. Because they wanted me to remove my review from here since I withdrew R700 shame I never won a cent , so I deposit with vouchers, upon depositing it shows 0.00 and then I tried again it says deposit rejected twice it shows that but I have the screen shot of it saying 0.00 before they quickly changed it. Now when I am asking where's the money no one knows ... The voucher has been used. I queried on it , and it was used , on flybet.cool now they don't know what happened to the voucher this casino they are rogues and ****mers

Cell c is the worst to deal with ,they phoned , in August 2022, to offer a contract, said first month was no charge, the next month the first debit will go off Then they double debit and didn't say anything about a double debit. Then it went as reverse and charged R80 per unpaid debit and they did that like 4 times. They Then phoned , and made arrangements to send me a statement before the debit , but it happen only 2 months then their **** started again Now they debiting the account, for more again and they tell me oh there was an increase Today they tell me in sms that I'm going on credit bereu and the number is blocked now. But they fail to assist , all they do is say sorry for the inconvenience, and bill me , they only care to rob , don't the a contract with cell c they are rogues . They even can't find the recorded call that the sales person made for me to take the contract, it mysteriously disappeared and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience. I posted on Facebook And I am gonna report this to the federal trade commission And better business bereu because cell c is a dam **** like rogues Becareful they will clean your account and tell you sorry for the inconvenience, they are rogues and they know nothing and can never assist, the only thing they say ,sorry this sorry that only bull**** ,
Very bad service received. I ordered online. I didn't receive some of the stuff I ordered. I was promised that I would get a meal replacement but till today now it's 2 weeks gone by and I have not received anything but an SMS with a case number and the next day an SMS saying case closed There's a number provided for me to call but it's always engaged. I canceled a get more plan with cell c because they say up to 60 % discount but when I asked for quotes on appliances they sending me whatever specials the store already has. I then canceled. But then now my account is always getting debited n when no funds in its unpaid n my account is now on negative. Reference number given 453508765. I canceled 2 months ago then they say they had to debit because it takes 30 days to cancel so I must pay again then again they trying to debit. I have a cell phone also with them n now it's not getting paid because of getmore I have contacted the ombudsman because they are literally scamming me now I'm paying for something I canceled and they all play dumb like they illiterate
