Csurance bad service

I have been a cell c client for a very long time and I have never complaint about anything however their insurance sucks they just want to take your money then when you make a claim for a new phone they will make it very hard for you. People jammed my car and stole things in my car including the phone then when I made my claim from csurance they said they cannot help me because there is not proof of breaking into the car.

Cell c will lose clients because of its insurance company
