Mondo bad service

Every month debit order goes off and every month they blocked my phone, Bad service I dont want the phone contract any more its not my responsibility to check every month why the blocked or locked my phone after the debit order goes off. Then I must wait another week to go without a phone so I can sent proof that the debit order went off
