Worst service and attitude ever experienced

Took an i-phone with a suspect battery (6S) in on Friday. They replaced it with a suspect grey battery even though they said it was an original. When I got it home it overheated, would not retain charge and the antenna had been damaged during the fitting and hence no home WiFi connection. Four visits and three phone calls later two grumpy owners/workers gave me a reduced repayment of R670 and an irreparable phone. I advise everyone not to visit this hole in the wall shop as you will get supplied with very suspect goods, even worse service and zero after sales. The owner is Ali. telephone ********** 356.
