Went to repair my Apple Watch. They then proceeded to not give me my watch strap back when the repair was completed and double charged my card and did not reverse the transactions. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable

After 2.5 years, my Samsung cellphone battery capacity reduced significantly. I took it to Cell Tech Glenfair for a replacement battery. I asked if it would be better to take my phone rather to a Samsung agency. I was told that Samsung will keep my phone for 7 days and they would not replace it with the original battery. So I handed it in with Cell Tech. When I got it back, it the battery life was worse than with the original 2.5 year old battery. I took it back and the manager said he would install another battery. This time the phone hardly lasted for 1.5 hours from a full charge. When I returned, I discovered to my shock that Cell Tech replaced my phone battery with an old battery from another used and damaged phone. Cell Tech took it again and replaced the battery. Again, the new battery life was worse than my original 2.5 year old battery. I asked Cell Tech to re-install my old battery. They said the old battery may have been damaged when they removed it from my phone and that they would only refund half my money. My argument was that I brought my phone to fix the problem with the reduced battery life. Cell Tech did not fix the problem, but wanted to keep half the money. Cell Tech refused to refund me in full and left me with the threat that if I get the old battery re-installed, the phone may not work at all. So, after a week's frustration without a phone, I now have a battery costing me R550, and performing worse than the one I wanted to replace in the first instance.

I required assistance with a cell phone accessory. I was of the opinion that the port for the charger was faulty. The owner of Cell Tech had a quick look and advice that it was my charger. I know that my little dog chew it a bit but though the damage was minimal. He sold me a stunning new charger and all was settled. The new charger is much faster as well. Excellent service.

I had my I phone 6 s screen repaired by celltech service technicians - 2 youngsters. They came out to my place of work and with small tools opened up my phone to replace the screen. As soon as they handed my phone back to me I realised that the key board wasn't working. I handed it back to them and demanded they fix the phone. They seemed to have repaired the issue; however as soon as they left I started noticing issues with the phone, serious issues. Couldn't make calls and I couldn't send messages, my phone would freeze .. issues my phone never had before. They came out twice after that to "repair" my phone, but still same issues. Celltech guarantee their screen, apparently. But when it comes to trying to fix a problem caused by themselves they give up and leave you in the dark with a broken I phone. I requested a refund if they were not able to fix the phone as obviously they damaged my phone when they replaced the screen. They said they would refund me but then blocked my calls and messages and ignored my requests. Please don't trust these people with your phone. They will not guarantee it and they will damage your phone and leave you with nothing. How I see it is they stole from me! Rather pay a little more and go else where, were you know you wont be conned!

Took an i-phone with a suspect battery (6S) in on Friday. They replaced it with a suspect grey battery even though they said it was an original. When I got it home it overheated, would not retain charge and the antenna had been damaged during the fitting and hence no home WiFi connection. Four visits and three phone calls later two grumpy owners/workers gave me a reduced repayment of R670 and an irreparable phone. I advise everyone not to visit this hole in the wall shop as you will get supplied with very suspect goods, even worse service and zero after sales. The owner is Ali. telephone ********** 356. Shocking attitude and rampant lying.
