Celltech Benoni
Went to repair my Apple Watch. They then proceeded to not give me my watch strap back when the repair was completed and double charged my card and did not reverse the transactions. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable

Inadequate Databasis and services
For consecutive months now, the call centre keeps phoning me to promote their products for me to upgrade. I have told them on numerous occasions that I do not want to continue my contract and I want to cancel it. BUT they keep phoning me about this. I have asked them to stop it, but it occurs daily. I even have an email saying that they received my cancellation. Can't they just get the message!!
