CellTech ZA Service
The staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful, and provided a great service experience. My iPhone has required repairs on two separate occasions, and on both instances, the turnaround time for the repair was a remarkably quick 24 hours. Their courier collection and delivery service was a lifesaver, eliminating the need for my trip from Midrand, which was an immense relief.

2 out of 3 devices failed shortly after repairs
We have had 3 devices repaired, an Apple watch 4, Iphone 6 and an Iphone 13. The apple watch had a logic board replaced and after 2 months the whole screen separated from the body. The Iphone 13 OEM screen lasted 4 months, the touch functionality has now stopped, and warranty is only 3 months. So 2 out of 3 devices repaired by them have failed shortly after being repaired. And in order to send the devices back for inspection, is R500 if you dont want to proceed with the repair.

Fantastic!
I sent an Apple Watch in to them for a battery replacement. They sent the Courier Guy to come collect it the very same day. The repair was completed the next day after that and the next working day it was back by me as good as a new watch! I will definitely be making use of them again in future!

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful! I have recommended CellTech ZA to all my friends & family. They repaired my Apple Watch when no other repair company could. They have awesome technicians and a great shop where you can sit and enjoy a coffee while you wait for the repair to be completed. They also do offer collection and delivery all over South Africa. They are doing all the things right!!! WOW is all I can say :) Very happy customer
