I seriously don't understand why this company has so many negative reviews This is my second time having had a package delivered by Pargo and both times my orders were delivered in two days to the correct pick up points I am very happy with their service. Thanks Pargo
Won't order anything from their online store again in a hurry. I ordered a t-shirt on the 27th of December already. Today is the 9th of January and I still haven't received it. I mean, it's a T-SHIRT not even a major order why does it take you almost two weeks just to send me a tracking number email and another week to actually receive the item because it's currently at the Cape Town hub in it's way to Johannesburg and I'm in Ermelo.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about them. .I ordered, paid and my order was here in good condition under 48 hours and the best of all it was for my fiancé's birthday on the 24th of December, I gave it to him already though and he LOVES it! He's very happy so I'm very happy!
I am a bit disappointed in Specsavers. . I chose a very expensive Police frame and my prescription was single vision with a ARC coating (just for reference the one lense was a surfaced lense). After not even having had them for a month I noticed on the surfaced lense that it had started to make these small bubbles as though the ARC coating was starting to peel off and I knew this couldn't be my fault because I have only ever cleaned them with the cloth they gave me with the glasses. Anyways, I took them to the branch and they advised that they would need to send them to the lab for assessment. The lab then confirmed that it was a factory fault and they would need to make completely new lenses so a new order was placed fine, I waited. Then I get a mail saying that my order is taking longer than expected and they apologize for any inconvenience. I have now been waiting for my glasses that I PAID for please note for almost a month. The service I received from the branch was wonderful but the lab is letting them down BIG TIME and this is not the service I expect from Specsavers.
I recently bought a Xiaomi Redmi Band 8 Active watch from them. It's the 3rd time I've bought something from them because I know they are reliable and trustworthy. They set a date for your delivery but you receive it days and days before the expected delivery date. Keep it up!
The necklace and earrings set I ordered were very pretty, looks even better in person. It's a gift so the best part is that it came in a cute little gift box. Ordered on Wednesday (11/09/2024) and it was delivered today (16/09/2024) so it took 3 days to get to me excluding the weekend. The courier guy was also very friendly so if you continue using DPD Laser as you couriers, I will definitely order again because I got my order in a reasonable time and they're friendly.
I got the watch I ordered and it's a beautiful watch although it's a lot smaller than what was displayed on the picture on their website I kind of hoped it would be bigger. You should maybe try and put images on your website that display your products more accurately so that customers know exactly what it is they are buying. I felt the strap was also far too large for a ladies wrist but maybe that's just me as I have a tiny little wrist but I suppose that's not a big issue as I went and quickly had it re-sized. Although I am quite satisfied with the watch overall the communication from their customer service was lacking. They advertise things on their website that are out of stock and only after you've placed the order do they tell you this. You also have to follow up every few hours to find out where your order is because they don't respond to emails in a very timeous manner. Will I order from them again? Maybe.
I would like to update my 1 star review of them to a 3 star review only because I ended up receiving my parcel when I thought I wasn't going to receive it and I received it a few days before I was actually supposed to. But the overall experience was still nothing short of horrible and extremely stressful sitting wondering whether or not I was actually going to receive it coz they don't answer their phones and they're very slow to answer your Whatsapp and email queries so it's very difficult to follow up on where your parcel is.
I sent my documents to a Michelle (support@payjustnow.co.za) on the 16th of April already because I was requesting a limit increase on my account. I then receive an email from Nonny saying that she didn’t receive the documents so I sent them to her again on Saturday (11/05/2024) to date STILL nobody has gotten back to me whether you’ve received my documents or what the status of my application is. You can check on your records, when I make use of Pay Just Now I ALWAYS pay on time and sometimes even earlier than I am expected to pay so I can’t understand why this is taking so long. It’s like either it’s too difficult or you just don’t want to assist customers.
I sent an Apple Watch in to them for a battery replacement. They sent the Courier Guy to come collect it the very same day. The repair was completed the next day after that and the next working day it was back by me as good as a new watch! I will definitely be making use of them again in future!
