Great Personal Care
Great products and a great price. The service I received from Mbali was excellent. Before, during and after sales. Courier took a little longer than expected but I am very happy with my product and service. Very personalized in a world where few care! I am impressed.

Great Personal Care
Great products and a great price. The service I received from Mbali was excellent. Before, during and after sales. Courier took a little longer than expected but I am very happy with my product and service. Very personalized in a world where few care! I am impressed.

Poor Customer Service
The service is extremely poor. I placed an order for a speaker and have received zero communication apart from the order confirmation. I have made several attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, calling, and email. NO RESPONSE. I am starting to think that I was ****med and this is not a real company.

Poor Customer Service

Bad customer service
I purchased a Samsung Ultra Watch from Technomobi, which malfunctioned while still under warranty. The watch was replaced with a new unit. However, the replacement watch ALSO malfunctioned. I returned this second watch to Technomobi, expecting it to be repaired or replaced under the same warranty. Technomobi is now refusing to fix or replace the watch, claiming that the warranty only app**** to the original device and not the replacement. This makes absolutely no sense, as the replacement was provided due to a warranty claim in the first place. To make matters worse, Technomobi still has possession of the watch, and a staff member named Donald has completely stopped responding to our emails. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. I feel dismissed as a customer and unfairly treated. I am simply asking for Technomobi to honour the warranty and either repair or replace the faulty watch, or provide a reasonable resolution. At this point, the experience has been incredibly disappointing

Fair warning for East Cape based businesses
This is a fair warning to anybody considering doing work for Technimobile also trading as Cquabba Pty Ltd based in East London. Stay far away. I've just been taken for R115k by them and there's nothing I can do about it. When it comes to payment time the project manager will ignore any correspondence from you. And don't try and send an email to their head office because, get this, your email address they consider a spam...

Fair warning for East Cape based businesses
This is a fair warning to anybody considering doing work for Technimobile also trading as Cquabba Pty Ltd based in East London. Stay far away. I've just been taken for R115k by them and there's nothing I can do about it. When it comes to payment time the project manager will ignore any correspondence from you. I paid and purchased a TV on their website on the 5th of December 2025 .I still have not received my TV . The agents and customer service are not helping in giving information about my order or the status of my order .

Pathetic Service- Mbali
I ordered a Gift for my nephew this week, and Mbali made Numerous promises on having the order delivered and will keep me informed every step of the way. From Tuesday till now, I had to follow up and NO communication on delivery of the item. I clearly articulated to Mbali order needed by Friday. The highlight of this company, is that Priority is given to larger orders placed by customers, based on Mbali sharing with me the driver did not collect my order because there was a bigger order to collect Pathetic Service, and rather pay more somewhere else than deal with level of Unprofessionalism!!!! I'm awaiting the feedback now on my Refund
