I bought a watch last year which I recently had to return for repair under warranty. Mbali's service was quick and warm, the constant communication and updates are appreciated. My watch was then replaced with a brand new one.
Attitude, bad business ethics and customer service. I ordered a headboard that I had to push for days for me to receive it. No updates on orders because she says she can't update all her customers, so surely there are important ones that she gives updates and speedy their orders. When i finally received it, it was without legs and when I reported I was told I didn't pay for legs. My order on the website included legs and I payed for the price I was given on the website, how is it my fault if price for legs wasn't processed? (My order reflects that it includes legs) I also selected correctly the shipping price of R200 and I payed the price GIVEN. When I tell her im gonna report and review her business, she threatens me with her lawyers.
