The service is extremely poor. I placed an order for a speaker and have received zero communication apart from the order confirmation. I have made several attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, calling, and email. NO RESPONSE. I am starting to think that I was ****med and this is not a real company.
FED UP with Vodacom's billing. The debit order bounced ONCE, and now there's an extra R300 added to my bill? For what? And it's impossible to get a hold of an agent to cancel my contract. I can't keep paying unnecessary fees and not be able to cancel my contract. Fed up. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL.
OUTsurance has from the start been extremely helpful and kind. I'm still fairly new in the insurance side of life and have limited understanding, but the staff knows what they are doing and can clarify and explain anything very well and with exceptional friendliness.
