Unhappy customer
Very unhappy with the service of Waka tv and the staff members of the 2 WhatsApp groups. We have to pay to watch what? No signal, buffering and repeating over and over. I was told on one of the WhatsApp groups to send my proof of payment and the MAC number to an email adres, but that email adres does not exist. Send the proof of payment to the WhatsApp numbers nothing. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THE TECHNICIANS CAN'T SORT THE PROBLEM

Unhappy exclient
I cancelled my dstv account about 5 months ago and still they deduct the monthly premium every month I stopped the debit order at my bank. But still they use another reference to deduct the money from my bank🙁 tonight. We phoned and spoke to someone at the call centre and he said we have to wait a week before the money will be back in my account or I have to cancel the debit order again at my bank. And tomorrow is new years day where will we get a bank open tomorrow. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Bad service pep constantia kloof
Went to pep constantia kloof to look at something for my husband, first the sales staff did help after my husband stood next to them for a couple of minutes when my husband asked them are they going to help us they said nothing just went on talking and scaning, then the branch manager said we nusnt report it she will sort it out. We asked her about some t shirts she said they dont have stock. I wen to the pants to look at it also to buy then she asked me what size im looking for when i told her what size she said i am to fat i must go to the gym. I ignored her at first but turned around to tell her she was rude then she said she only made a joke and that i must start to run everyday that will help me to loose weight. We phoned the head office then the gentleman said he will come back to us and i must be upset because it is a culture thing thats why she said what she did.
