Absolutely disgusted with Cell Zone at Vincent Park!

My mom went there for something as simple as a new screen protector. While applying it, they mishandled her phone, damaged the screen, and then just peeled the protector back off. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner had the audacity to say she must now buy a new phone — the one they broke!

She walked in with a perfectly working phone and walked out with a non working phone! No solution, no apology, no accountability.

Don’t support Cell Zone Vincent Park — completely unprofessional and careless.
