Absolutely disgusted with Cell Zone at Vincent Park!
Absolutely disgusted with Cell Zone at Vincent Park! My mom went there for something as simple as a new screen protector. While applying it, they mishandled her phone, damaged the screen, and then just peeled the protector back off. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner had the audacity to say she must now buy a new phone — the one they broke! She walked in with a perfectly working phone and walked out with a non working phone! No solution, no apology, no accountability. Don’t support Cell Zone Vincent Park — completely unprofessional and careless.

What a dissapointment PLANET FITNESS
DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! Really!!! I'm EXTREMELY ****ed off getting messages every other day from Landau Attorneys. I cancelled my membership on the 24th March 2020 and they slapped me with a HUGE amount of R1554.45. they said I joined in September 2019, MY CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES I JOINED IN APRIL 2019. Now Landau Attorneys say I owe them more money, they sent me a bill and now I'm being summoned. All of a sudden during the whole pandemic, I owe R2123,40, please man it was only R799 to join, Doesn't say anywhere you have to pay a cancellation fee, its a 12 month contract, and I paid my last month in March 2020! No one can actually help you resolve this, no one answers their phones. my advice: DON'T JOIN PLANET FITNESS!!!!!
