Cellphone screen repair warranty

The screen repair warranty is a farce!

Shortly after repair, my screen flapped and the touch function on the screen was faulty. The screen protector was much smaller than the actual screen (providing minimal to no protection).

Even though I was well within the warranty period, the guy was hostile, dishonest and expected me to provide a 50% top up payment. The agreement to repair only took place after a prolonged back and forth and determining that there were NO terms and conditions provided (per his initial indication) excluding the repair.

Safe to say that I will not be using their service again. 1 star is far too generous.
