Unprofessional and dishonest repairers
I used their service yesterday and paid them on the spot. The technician was on the premises when the equipment was initially used and after 15-30 minutes the machine stopped working. I called him while he was still in the area to attend to this and he promised to return later that day. He did not return. We then arranged for him to come the next day to fix the generator or exchange it with another at 9:30am I have been waiting for him for almost 6 hours with no communication and my calls are being ignored by both the technician and the admin person (who only answers my call when I call from a different number, but leaves my matter unresolved). I would not recommend them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Do not use their services - opt for a reputable company.

Cellphone screen repair warranty
The screen repair warranty is a farce! Shortly after repair, my screen flapped and the touch function on the screen was faulty. The screen protector was much smaller than the actual screen (providing minimal to no protection). Even though I was well within the warranty period, the guy was hostile, dishonest and expected me to provide a 50% top up payment. The agreement to repair only took place after a prolonged back and forth and determining that there were NO terms and conditions provided (per his initial indication) excluding the repair. Safe to say that I will not be using their service again. 1 star is far too generous.

What a ****
Signed up for Vitality over 3 months ago and NONE of the benefits have materialised even after several follow-up. The Checkers benefit was unable to load and although I have made purchases at the other chosen partners, no points were allocated. A waste of money and poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend.
