The generator guys the wors company you can contact
I contacted them regarding my generator, they were quick to respond, a time was booked for them to come and the were a hour late. They identified and replaced the part at a cost of R2000 a couple of days later the part they supp**** stopped working. I contacted them again and asked him if any warranty was available the person said yes. I asked him when can they come and fix it under warranty, they do not respond back too my messages. They are ***** and they should close there doors.

Unprofessional and dishonest repairers
I used their service yesterday and paid them on the spot. The technician was on the premises when the equipment was initially used and after 15-30 minutes the machine stopped working. I called him while he was still in the area to attend to this and he promised to return later that day. He did not return. We then arranged for him to come the next day to fix the generator or exchange it with another at 9:30am I have been waiting for him for almost 6 hours with no communication and my calls are being ignored by both the technician and the admin person (who only answers my call when I call from a different number, but leaves my matter unresolved). I would not recommend them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Do not use their services - opt for a reputable company.
